HostEvent (hereinafter referred to as "This Website") is a free experimental service provided by an individual. Users must accept the terms below when using this website. We will consider that users have agreed to these Terms of Use by using this website.

Article 1 (Operation of this Site)
The Company will operate this site under the following conditions. Users shall fully acknowledge and agree to the following conditions before using this site.

(1) This site is an experimental service provided for a limited period for the purpose of the Company's online marketing activities. It is merely an experimental service, and the Company does not guarantee any system, design, or operating environment of this site to the users. Furthermore, upon the conclusion of the marketing activities or when the Company deems it necessary, part or all of the system or design of this site may be changed or abolished without any prior notice to the users, based on Article 6, Paragraph 2.

(2) In cases where product or service information (hereinafter referred to as "Information") is posted on this site, the Information is provided by third parties other than the Company (hereinafter referred to as "Information Providers"). The Information is provided under the responsibility of the Information Providers, and for any critical matters related to the use of this site, users must verify directly with the Information Providers on their own responsibility.

(3) The Company does not guarantee the following, except where explicitly guaranteed on this site:

① The usefulness, suitability, completeness, accuracy, safety, legality, timeliness, and truthfulness of the Information.

② That the products, services, or information obtainable through this site will meet users' expectations.

③ That the contracts entered into by users based on the information provided on this site with third parties (including sales contracts in the case of e-commerce services).

④ That there will be no malfunctions, errors, or defects in the provision of this site, and that the emails or content related to this site do not contain any harmful components like computer viruses.

⑤ That the statements or other actions of the users on this site will not infringe on the rights of third parties.

Article 2 (Account)
When registering their information in connection with the use of this service, users must provide true, accurate, and complete information and keep it up to date at all times.

When registering a password in connection with the use of this service, users must manage it carefully to prevent unauthorized use by third parties. The Company may regard all actions performed using the registered ID and password as the user's own actions.

Registered users of this service may delete their accounts and withdraw at any time.

The Company may suspend or delete a user's account without prior notice if it deems the user has violated or may violate these terms.

The Company may delete accounts that have not accessed the service for over one year without prior notice to the user.

All rights to use this service will be terminated when the account is deleted for any reason. Even if the account is deleted by mistake, the account cannot be restored.

The account for this service is exclusive to the user. All rights to use this service may not be transferred, lent, or inherited by any third party.

Article 3 (Event History on My Page)
Registered users, after logging in and creating events, can view a history of those events on My Page.

Article 4 (Copyright)
The rights to the content (including the Information) posted on this site, including text, images, videos, sounds, programs, etc., belong to the Company or the Information Providers. Users are prohibited from reproducing or redistributing such content without the prior consent of the Company.

Article 5 (Prohibited Acts)
Users shall not engage in the following acts when using this site:

(1) Illegally accessing, modifying, or deleting information, messages, photos, etc., on this site without authorization.

(2) Writing or transmitting harmful computer programs on this site.

(3) Acts that interfere with the operation of this site.

(4) Acts that violate or may violate laws or public order and morals, including antisocial behavior.

(5) Acts that infringe upon or defame the privacy, portrait rights, honor, or credibility of third parties or the Company.

(6) Acts that infringe or may infringe upon the intellectual property rights, such as copyrights or trademarks, of third parties or the Company.

(7) Any other acts that interfere with the operation of this site, or that harm or may harm the rights and interests of third parties or the Company.

 

Article 6 (Temporary Suspension, Changes, or Abolition of This Site)
The Company may temporarily suspend this site without prior notice or consent if it determines the following circumstances apply:
(1) When performing system maintenance or changes.

(2) In the event of a disaster, emergency, or similar situation that makes the operation of this site difficult.

(3) Other situations deemed necessary by the Company.

The information or URL of this site may be changed or abolished without notice.
Article 7 (Disclaimer)
The Company shall not be held responsible for the following:
(1) Any damage caused to users due to the download of content provided by third parties through this site or access to third-party managed and operated linked sites.

(2) Any damage caused to users due to unauthorized modifications to this site, unauthorized access to data related to this site, or illegal acts such as the inclusion of computer viruses, despite the Company taking reasonable safety measures.

(3) Any damages or losses, including mental distress or other monetary losses, arising from the use or inability to use this site (including acts of providing information by the Company associated with the use of this site).

In the event the Company is held responsible for any damages, the Company shall only be liable for direct and ordinary damages caused by the Company's intentional or gross negligence.
Article 8 (Exclusion of Anti-Social Forces)
Users represent and warrant that they do not currently, and will not in the future, fall under the category of organized crime groups, organized crime group members, entities no longer members within five years, organized crime group quasi-members, companies related to organized crime groups, corporate racketeers, or other equivalent groups (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Organized Crime Group Members"). Users also warrant that they do not and will not fall under the following:
(1) Maintaining a relationship where Organized Crime Group Members control or substantially influence the management of an organization.

(2) Utilizing Organized Crime Group Members for the purpose of securing unlawful profit or causing damage to third parties.

(3) Engaging in activities such as providing funds or convenience to Organized Crime Group Members.

Users must not engage in any of the following acts, either by themselves or through third parties:
(1) Violent demands.

(2) Unreasonable demands beyond legal responsibility.

(3) Threatening words or behavior, or violent acts in relation to transactions.

(4) Spreading rumors, using fraud or force to damage the credit or obstruct the business of the other party.

(5) Any acts equivalent to the preceding items.
